Prajem Vám všetkým ten najkrajší 12. február :) (áno, od dva dni je Deň sv. Valentína)!

Fíha... Zdá sa mi, akoby to bolo iba včera, čo som napísala VALENTÍN, MOJA DRAHÁ JÚLIA! ako darček pre každú ženu, ktorá na Valentína žiadny nedostala, a pritom je ďalší Deň sv. Valentína za rohom :D!

Tento rok a v tomto čase sa k Vám, však nevkrádam (:D) s valentínskym darčekom, hoci dúfam, že každý si Deň sv. Valentína po svojom naplno užije :)!

Tento rok a v tomto čase sa s Vami spájam z toho dôvodu, že som si až doteraz (a ešte stále) užívala tú hrejivú zimnú a vianočnú atmosféru... :) Preto mi napadá - Dodatočne všetkým prajem šťastný, zdravý a úspešný Nový rok a pevne verím, že aj Vaše vianočné sviatky boli čarovné :)!

Dnes večer by som sa však rada venovala viac samotnej zime <3 :)!

Dnešným príspevkom a aj básňou si zároveň trochu spomínam na prvú zbierku svojich básní - MY ENIGMAS - v ktorej slovenskej kolekcii som vzdala nejakým spôsobom hold trom ročným obdobiam - letu (PRÍMORSKÁ MÁGIA), jeseni (KVAPKA) a jari (KVETNÁ KRAJINA). Jediné ročné obdobie, ktoré som nechala, aby bolo oslávené iba v anglickej kolekcii (WINTER MOON) je zima...

Moja báseň WINTER MOON, sa však trochu viac venovala vianočným sviatkom a prípravám na nich ako samotnej zime. Už vtedy som však vedela, že mojej milovanej zime chcem darovať darček aj po slovensky, a tým ju aj pripojiť ku všetkým zvyšným ročným obdobiam, ktoré po slovensky obdarované už boli :)... A tak som dnes tu a rada by som sa s Vami, a aj so zimou, podelila o moju novú báseň - ZIMNÁ CESTA HREJIVÁ :D!

Je to báseň, v ktorej ďakujem zime za to, že ma každý rok hreje na duši, mysli aj srdci a napĺňa ma radosťou :)... Už viackrát som spomínala, že obľúbené ročné obdobie nemám, pretože každé mi poskytuje niečo iné a je krásne svojím vlastným spôsobom - tak ako aj každý človek v našich životoch :), no zima je pre mňa každý rok žiariacou hviezdou a hrejivým kožúškom každý jeden deň svojho trvania, a nie, hoci Vianoce sú mojím najobľúbenejším sviatkom a za nič by som ich nevymenila, zima mi toto všetko poskytuje aj bez nich. Sama o sebe. Taká, aká je... :)

Možno je to tým, že verím, že aspoň ona je tým obdobím roka, kedy sa dokážeme navzájom zohriať aj bez lúčov slnka. Ten čas v roku, kedy by sme si slnkom mali byť my ľudia, sebe navzájom. Kedy by mala byť naša náruč teplejšia.

Čas, kedy myslíme viac na ostatných ako sami na seba. Čas, kedy sa viac usmievame, a to nie škodoradostne.

Obdobie, počas ktorého sa v nás prebúdza naša ľudskosť. To najprostejšie, ale najdrahšie, čo nám príroda nadelila. Kedy aj napriek tomu, že príprava na vianočné sviatky je stresujúca a vyčerpávajúca, si nájdeme tých pár hodín nášho života na to, aby sme si uvedomili, za čo všetko sme v živote vlastne vďační... A že by sme si to mali viac vážiť.

A to všetko práve preto, že dnešná doba je celá príliš uponáhľaná... Ľudia sa ženú stále za niečím novým, chcú napredovať, a hoci je úžasné, aká je naša doba vyspelá, pritom všetkom nám uniká to podstatné, to, čo život robí životom.

Uniká nám, že tu žijeme všetci spolu. Že hoci sme z rôznych končín sveta, zdieľame ho. Že práve preto, aká je dnešná doba náročná, chladná a temná, aspoň tie menšie skupiny ľudí, ktoré spája krv, národnosť, jazyk či vek majú držať spolu. A majú ťahať za jeden povraz. Neuvedomujeme, že zdieľať niečo je viac ako nezdieľať nič.

Uniká nám, že keby sa aj celý svet zrútil a ľudí by ubudlo, boli by to práve tí zvyšní ľudia, ktorí s nami zostali stáť, s ktorými naše srdcia tlčú rovnako. Pretože oni sú ako my. Oni sú ľudia. Nie sú zvieratá či rastliny. Sú ľudia. A my, ľudia, sme spolu silnejší.

,,Želala by som si, aby si ľudia uvedomili, že jeden priateľský úsmev alebo láskavé slovo dokáže človeku zlepšiť deň a posilniť ho.

Že ak sa k sebe slušne správame, zdvíhame tým svoju česť. A so cnosťou prichádza hrdosť a sebavedomie. Ktoré sú nasledované odhodlaním, a to vedie k výnimočným činom a úspechom. Že to všetko zdvíha našu spoločnú úroveň a prináša spokojnejší život.

Priala by som si, aby si ľudia začali byť vedomí toho, že ponúknuť pomocnú ruku nie je hanba, ale je to odvaha. A že táto milá maličkosť by sa im v nejakej podobe, skôr či neskôr, vrátila naspäť.

Keby na toto všetko ľudia mysleli, svet by bol lepším miestom. Zdravším a rozumnejším miestom. Hodný žitia. Hrdosťou každého z nás.

A zima je tým obdobím roka, ktoré to vyžaduje. Ktoré nás núti spomaliť. Čo keby sme kvôli tomu, však netrpeli, ale využili to na to, aby sme podrástli a zmúdreli?"

Okrem obdobia v roku, počas ktorého svojich najbližších ľúbim najzrejmejšie, je zima pre mňa aj všetkým týmto... Je čistá, mocná a čarovná. Má moc ľudí robiť lepšími.

A presne pre tieto dôvody pre mňa to príjemné v zime nekončí Vianocami. Milujem ju aj naďalej, a až keď na mňa zasvieti prvý jarný lúč, to zimné teplo a čaro na chvíľu odložím niekde na pozadie svojich zmyslov, aby som ich o rok mohla znovu v plnej sile vytiahnuť :) <3...

Dúfam, že aj Vás ZIMNÁ CESTA HREJIVÁ zohreje a ukryje pod svojou teplou perinou aspoň do ďalšieho roka... :)! ,,Veautiful" zvyšok zimy :)!

I wish you all the most wonderful February 12th :) (yes, it's Valentine's Day in two days)!

Phew... It seems like it was only yesterday that I wrote VALENTÍN, MOJA DRAHÁ JÚLIA! as a gift for every woman who didn't get one for Valentine's Day, and yet another Valentine's Day is just around the corner :D!

This year, at this time, I'm not sneaking up on you (:D) with a Valentine's gift, although I hope that everyone will enjoy Valentine's Day to the fullest in their own way :)!

This year, at this time, I'm connecting with you because I've been (and still am) enjoying the warm winter and Christmas atmosphere until now... :) That's why it occurs to me - Additionally, I wish everyone a happy, healthy and successful New Year and I firmly believe that your Christmas holidays were magical too :)!

However, tonight I would like to focus more on winter itself <3 :)!

With today's post and poem, I am also recalling my first collection of poems a little - MY ENIGMAS - in which the Slovak collection paid tribute to the three seasons - summer (PRÍMORSKÁ MÁGIA), autumn (KVAPKA) and spring (KVETNÁ KRAJINA). The only season that I left to be celebrated only in the English collection (WINTER MOON) is winter...

My poem WINTER MOON, however, was a little more dedicated to the Christmas holidays and preparations for them than to winter itself. On the other hand, I already knew that I wanted to give my beloved winter a gift in Slovak, and thus connect it to all the other seasons that were already gifted in Slovak :)... And so I am here today and I would like to share with you, and with winter, my new poem - ZIMNÁ CESTA HREJIVÁ :D!

It's a poem in which I thank winter for warming my soul, mind and heart every year and filling me with joy :)... I've already mentioned many times that I don't have a favourite season, because each one provides me with something different and is beautiful in its own way - just like every person in our lives :), but winter is a shining star and a warm coat for me every year every single day of its duration, and no, although Christmas is my favorite holiday and I wouldn't trade it for anything, winter provides me with all this even without them. By itself. As it is... :)

Maybe it's because I believe that at least it is the time of year when we can warm each other up even without the sun's rays. The time of year when we, humans, should be the sun for each other. When our arms should be warmer.

The time when we think more about others than ourselves. The time when we smile more, and not maliciously.

The time during which our humanity awakens in us. The simplest, but most precious thing that nature has gifted us. When, despite the fact that preparing for the Christmas holidays is stressful and exhausting, we find those few hours of our lives to realise what we are actually grateful for in life... And that we should appreciate it more.

And all this precisely because today's time is all too rushed... People keep chasing something new, they want to progress, and although it is wonderful how advanced our time is, we miss the essential thing, what makes life life.

We miss that we all live here together. That although we are from different parts of the world, we share it. That precisely because today's time is difficult, cold and dark, at least those smaller groups of people who are connected by blood, nationality, language or age should stick together. And they should pull together. We don’t realise that sharing something is more than sharing nothing.

We miss that even if the whole world collapsed and there were fewer people, it would be those remaining people who would remain standing with us, with whom our hearts beat the same. Because they are like us. They are people. They are not animals or plants. They are humans. And we, humans, are stronger together.

"I wish people would realise that a friendly smile or a kind word can brighten someone's day and strengthen them.

That if we treat each other with kindness, we raise our honour. And with virtue comes pride and self-confidence. Which are followed by determination, and that leads to extraordinary actions and achievements. That all of this raises our collective standard and brings a more satisfying life.

I wish people would start to realise that offering a helping hand is not a shame, but a matter of courage. And that this small act of kindness would come back to them in some form, sooner or later.

If people thought about all this, the world would be a better place. A healthier and more sensible place. Worth living in. The pride of each of us.

And winter is the time of year that demands it. That forces us to slow down. What if we didn't suffer because of it, but used it to grow and become wiser?"

Apart from the time of year when I love my loved ones the most obviously, winter is also all of these for me... It is pure, powerful and magical. It has the power to make people better.

And for these very reasons, for me, the pleasant things in winter do not end with Christmas. I continue to love it, and only when the first spring ray shines on me, will I put the winter warmth and magic somewhere in the background of my senses for a while, so that I can bring them out again in full force next year :) <3...
