THE magical season is here! (WINTER MOON)

Even though the weather isn’t cooperating yet, and astronomically, winter is supposed to start around December 21st, December 1st is today and to me, that’s the beginning of winter! :D

Today’s poem was written last year, just at this time (December 1st). And why? :)

I love winter because even though it’s chilly, it is strangely warm and calming for me :). I think Christmas has a huge impact on that... I just LOOOOOVE the preparations, and yes, even the cleaning :D. I think it’s mainly because I know that I’ll be gifted. The atmosphere during Christmas Day is worth at least twice as much cleaning :D (and no, I’m not crazy, no ;D).

I wrote this poem last December, and I was trying to capture every magical and beautiful moment during the days before Christmas Day. From the first day to the last, I always sat down and wrote about what was going on around me and what I felt.

And today (well, yesterday, since the time didn't cooperate with me yesterday) it’s the 1st of December, so when should I post a Christmas poem if not today?

However, I'm sure there are many of you who don’t feel ’Christmassy’ yet, but that doesn’t matter because I’m here :)! I’m starting to feel a lot ’Christmassy’ already, so I consider it my duty to let the Christmas spirit into your dwellings as well!

I hope this post and my poem will at least remind you of the real beauty of Christmas and will light the Christmas glow within you... Feel free to read it anytime during December :).

Aj napriek tomu, že počasie nespolupracuje a astronomicky má zima začať okolo dvadsiateho prvého decembra, prvého decembra je dnes a pre mňa to je začiatok zimy! :D

Dnešná báseň bola napísaná minulý rok, presne v túto dobu (prvého decembra). A prečo? :)

Milujem zimu, pretože aj keď je mrazivá, je pre mňa zvláštne teplá a upokojujúca :). Myslím si, že Vianoce majú na to obrovský vplyv... Ja jednoducho MIIIIILUJEM vianočné prípravy a áno, aj to upratovanie. Myslím si, že je to hlavne preto, že viem, že budem obdarená. Atmosféra počas Štedrého dňa stojí minimálne za dvakrát toľko upratovania :D (a nie, nie som šialená, nie ;D).

Napísala som túto báseň minulý december a snažila som sa zachytiť každý čarovný a nádherný moment počas dní pred Štedrým dňom. Od prvého dňa po posledný som si vždy sadla a napísala som o tom, čo sa okolo mňa deje, a čo cítim.

A dnes (no, teda včera, keďže so mnou včera čas nespolupracoval) je prvého Decembra, takže kedy by som sem mala zavesiť vianočnú báseň, ak nie dnes?

No som si istá, že je tu veľa z Vás takých, ktorí sa ešte ,,vianočne’’ necítia, ale to nevadí, pretože som tu ja :)! Ja sa už začínam cítiť veľmi ,,vianočne’’ a považujem za svoju povinnosť vpustiť vianočného ducha aj do Vašich príbytkov!

Dúfam, že táto báseň Vám pripomenie skutočnú krásu Vianoc a rozsvieti vo Vás vianočnú žiaru... Pokojne si ju prečítajte kedykoľvek počas Decembra :).
