V I C T O R Y (What more to say? ;))

They laugh at me because I’m different. I laugh at them because they’re all the same.

We, artists, (not that I would consider myself one, but I’m definitely an artistic soul :D) are very unique.

We look at the same things like everyone else but see them differently. We listen to the same sounds but hear them differently. We feel what everyone else feels, but we feel it in a way that’s typical only for us. And not to mention, even artists themselves might not understand what a different artist was trying to say with their work.

And guess what? We are often misunderstood. We have our ’fans’ , ’the neutral audience / the uninterested ones’, and our ’haters’...

The last group is often the reason for our ’breakdown’ and makes us doubt ourselves. But not everyone is like that...

We can also take it to our advantage and rise. Like artists, and like people. It can inspire us. And in my opinion, a good poet / lyricist is not good, unless they have a proper ’cypher’ - a poem / a song for a specific group in our audience... Hope you enjoy ;)!

My, umelci, (nie, že by som sa zaňho považovala, ale určite mám umeleckú dušu :D) sme veľmi unikátni.

Pozeráme sa na tie isté veci ako ostatní, ale vidíme ich inak. Počúvame tie isté zvuky, ale počujeme ich inak. Cítime to, čo cítia všetci ostatní, no cítime to spôsobom, ktorý je typický iba pre nás. A netreba spomenúť, že dokonca ani sami umelci nemusia pochopiť to, čo sa snažil svojimi dielami povedať iný umelec.

A hádajte čo? Často sme nepochopení. Máme svojich ,,fanúšikov’’, ,,neutrálne publikum / tých nezainteresovaných’’ a našich ,,haterov’’...

Tá posledná skupina je často dôvodom nášho ,,zrútenia sa’’ a núti nás o sebe pochybovať. Ale nie všetci sú takí...

Tiež to môžeme zobrať ako svoju výhodu a rásť. Ako umelci aj ako ľudia. Môže nás to inšpirovať. A podľa môjho názoru, dobrý básnik / textár nie je dobrý, ak nemá svoju poriadnu ,,šifru’’ - báseň / pieseň pre konkrétnu skupinu v našom publiku... Dúfam, že sa bude páčiť ;)!
